Stupidity

Okay...

I honestly have no problem with the fact Obama won. I look forward to seeing if the country improves under his leadership. However, what makes me sick...

Is that people are acting like he's already fixed the economy and brought our boys back home.

Folks, who knows, he may do awesome; but he's done NOTHING yet. So before you shove your victories in the faces of McCain supporters, remember; Bush seemed like a good idea to some people too.

The victory is only the first part of the presidency. The most important part is still to come, and he can do just as much damage as he can good. Bush has proven that.

:( I'm saying this cause I have seen some pretty offensive "in your faces" based on Obama's victory... a president's victory shouldn't become a weapon against the people who didn't vote for him... especially when there's a possibility he may screw it up.

:) After all, wouldn't ya rather say "Well, so upset he won now?" when he does a good job? Or woulja rather risk saying "Yeah... not the best idea in the world" if he screws up? XD

x3 Bush voters I am sure took this into mind. xD At least I hope they did.

same applies with every single person ALREADY saying "we're doomed" or some variation of it...the problem is people judge too quickly or are highly dead-set to keep the country controlled by Republicans or whatever.

I dunno really, until the guy starts doing actual presidential stuff, nobody has the right to say he's horrible or he's the best quite yet.
:iconnintendownz:
Most of the people around me are either screaming "we're all screwed" or life is about to get better"
I personally think it will either go one way or the other, and there will be no middle ground, but it hasn't yet. Let's just see what happens.
who knows? before he has a chance to do anything the people might rise up and change the government like the constitution urges us to do if the government stops serving us well. x3
...
I shouldn't type at 2am, if this makes NO sense, i'm sorry @_@
I'm like, on the middle ground of reality and dream. It's actually a cool feeling.

I agree with you!

And so many people, SO MANY PEOPLE are doing that... even one of my best friends... ; ;

We love one another
But what does that mean?
Are we limit by spirit, forced apart by machine?
Love transcends bound, transcends consequence and meaning.
Does that limit it? Does that tarnish its sincerity? Just the opposite.
I love you.

That's true, but the difference is they lost. xD I think it's fair for them to be a bit upset, ya know? I mean they prolly shouldn't be but give 'em their right to dislike the winner. xD

You see folks, the world is a cruel sad place. In this world where children suffer, and adult, grown men suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder, let's go and play some X-Box! :D

Possibly in a year or two McCain supporters could be laughing at the Obama supporters...

i have no sig...
go along with your lives
:iconqotastic:
Well the McCain supporters (at least around here) got nasty BEFORE the election, so I think I have the right to rub it in their face after. But that's just me, because I'm a bitch.

And also, I'm not really rubbing... :( Just makin' crude comments about bumperstickers from the safety of my car. Joy.

Ze goggles! Zey do nothingk!!!
:iconsorcererlance:
I suppose so...give them some time to cool off and to gradually accept Obama, or until they're calmed down so they can mutter their dislike under their breath just like we pretty much have with Bush the past several years XP
:iconzane-mitsubishi:
I'm glad someone else knows the feeling XD
