Right, this one was tough...
THE STARE:
"Some people just won't be agreeable. When this happens, you have to look them in the eyes, bore into their very souls, and watch them crumble as they see the inner beast."
Now, I was torn between the Bow and Arrow on this one. While it is labeled as the Bow in this situation, that's mostly cause I considered Medieval Mode. I also considered the possibility that there would be NO weapon for this, and that it was, literally, Flutters "charging" her gaze to stare her enemies to death.
MERCY:
Other Names - Hush Now, Quiet Now...
"Sometimes, horrible things must be done in the name of peace. Sometimes, you just got stabbed in the back one time too many by the spy..."
Ehhh, it's a rifle. I imagine it does bonus crits for headshots? I dunno, I got nothin'.
DISCORD:
Other Names - Discobat, Little Friend, Flutterbalancer
"You really want my help? Okay, but don't say I didn't warn you!"
This was a fun idea in my head - Discord as Flutters' melee weapon. I imagine his eyebrows and tail would be jiggle-boned, and maybe his eyes'd look where you move? I dunno. Either way, I imagine upon kill, your foes would turn into harmless animals or statues or something silly.
ANGEL'S DISFAVOR:
Other Names - Rabbit's Revenge, Jar of Hate
"I-I-I don't know if I like this idea... it's very unsanitary and-THEY'RE COMING FOR US, THROW IT!"
Okay, this was mostly for laughs. I also had the idea of a jar of bees!

You know, you could giv the Mercy weapon the Hitman's Heatmaker stats. Ain't nothing more merciful than killing an enemy quick and painlessly with a powerful headshot. Shooting with bodyshots isn't merciful.
